About Merchants

YOUR STRATEGIC PARTNER

Neo Merchants Capital is a conviction-based independent investment banking and advisory firm, established to grow the participation of capital markets into the prosperity of the economy, provide alternative financing to businesses and diversify investors’ portfolio into strategic alternative investments.

Our model is inspired by the contribution of old merchant banks in the progression of Europe’s advanced economies over the centuries, and the way merchant banks had positioned its resources and strategies in creating national wealth and transferring capital across several generations.

Knowing our responsibility as merchants, we trade capital by moving it from those who trust us to whom and where we trust. Our markets are the capital markets, and our final product is IMPACT.
